AUGUSTA, Maine, April 7 -- The Maine Secretary of State issued the following news release:
An amended decision on the citizens' initiative effort "To Reject the New England Clean Energy Connect Transmission Project" is complete and Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap has confirmed that the effort retains enough valid signatures to move forward.
