BROWNSVILLE, Texas, April 7 -- Rep. Filemon Vela, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
Congressman Filemon Vela (D-TX), announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded Neighbors in Need of Services, Inc. (NINOS) a $5.6 million grant administered to Head Start programs.
