SIOUX FALLS, South Dakota, March 31 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - South Dakota Field Office issued the following news release:
South Dakota corn growers intend to plant 6.00 million acres this year, up 38 percent from 2019, according to the USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Soybean planted acreage is expected to be 5.40 million acres, up 54 percent from last year.
