MEMPHIS, Tennessee, March 21 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issued the following news release:
The Mississippi River Commission's annual high water inspection trip and public hearings have been cancelled to assist the public health effort with containing the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and protecting its employees and visitors.
Safety is a priority during this critical time.
While the trip is cancelled, each District will still solicit test . . .
