WASHINGTON, March 17 -- The African American Mayors Association issued the following statement by President Hardie Davis, Mayor of Augusta, Georgia in response to the global coronavirus crisis:
After much discussion with the AAMA Board of Trustees and partners, AAMA has made the decision to postpone our upcoming Annual Conference, "Engaging and Connecting Communities" that was to be held in Atlanta, GA, April 22-24, 2020.
