CAMDEN, New Jersey, March 11 -- American Water, a water and wastewater company, issued the following news release:
New Jersey American Water will replace approximately 2,060 feet of aging water main in Irvington beginning this week. The project also includes replacing five fire hydrants and 72 utility-owned service lines along the pipeline route. The company will upgrade the aging water lines, installed in the 1910s, with new ductile iron main along the following streets:
