TRENTON, New Jersey, March 10 -- The New Jersey Senate Republicans issued the following statement by State Sen. Anthony M. Bucco:
Senator Anthony M. Bucco introduced the "New Jersey Safe Haven for Protection of Domestic Companion Animals Act" to save pets from abandonment.
