For the second time this year, Donald Trump on Thursday floated Republican-led earned benefit cuts, proclaiming, "Oh, we'll be cutting," in response to a Fox News host's question about cutting "entitlements" to "deal with the debt." It's the latest sign that U.S. Sen. Martha McSally's party leaders are looking to slash earned benefits program . . .
