CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 6 -- The New Hampshire Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman Stephen Stepanek after filing Right-to-Know requests with 12 State Legislative Democrats regarding their relationships and communications with State Employees Association President and alleged sexual harasser Richard Gulla:
