SHREVEPORT, Louisiana, March 6 -- Southwestern Electric Power issued the following news release:
Southwestern Electric Power Co. (SWEPCO) has received reports of individuals posing as SWEPCO representatives contacting East Texas customers and demanding immediate payment.
