WASHINGTON, March 5 -- The Democratic National Committee issued the following statement by Chair Tom Perez in response to the Supreme Court hearing oral arguments in June Medical Services vs. Russo, the first abortion-related case heard by the court since President Trump appointed Brett Kavanaugh:
