BOZEMAN, Montana, March 5 -- Montana State University issued the following news:

In the quest to make a new generation of lightweight plastics for efficient electric vehicles and other durable products, the key to making the material both strong and fire-resistant may be, ironically, a compound abundantly found in wood and paper.
