Sen. Watters Introduces New Hampshire Youth Climate and Conservation Council

CONCORD, New Hampshire, March 4 -- The New Hampshire State Senate issued the following news release on the behalf of State Sen. David Watters, D-Dover:

Senator David Watters (D-Dover) introduced SB 427 to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. If enacted, SB 427 would establish the New Hampshire youth climate and conservation council.
