Congressman Tim Ryan announced a $2.1 million partnership between BRITE Energy Innovators in Warren, Ohio, Youngstown Business Incubator (YBI) in Youngstown, Ohio and Wright State Applied Research Corporation (WSARC) in Dayton, Ohio.
