JUNEAU, Alaska, Feb. 29 -- The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation issued the following public notice:

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) proposes to issue Air Quality Control Operating Permit No. AQ0059TVP03 for the Swanson River Field under Alaska Statutes 46.14 and regulation 18 AAC 50.
