WASHINGTON, Feb. 29 -- Rep. Mike Levin, D-California, issued the following statement:
U.S. Representative Mike Levin (D-CA) announced local veteran Robert "Bob" Moore as his February Constituent of the Month in celebration of Black History Month. Bob Moore is one of the nation's first black men to serve in the Marine Corps. He is also the last surviving Montford Point Marine.
