SALEM, Oregon, Feb. 25 -- Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum issued the following news release on Feb. 24:
Statement from Oregon Governor Kate Brown and Oregon Attorney General Rosenblum on today's adverse decision by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals en banc panel that upholds the Trump Administration's Title X "Gag Rule". Last year, 21 State Attorneys General, led by Oregon and New York, sued the Trump Administration to prevent the rule from going into effect.
