TRENTON, New Jersey, Feb. 25 -- New Jersey State Assembly Republicans issued the following news release on behalf of Assemblyman Hal Wirths:

Assemblyman Hal Wirths advocated to improve alternative energy sources and reduce costs for counties, towns, colleges, restaurants and other businesses before a vote requiring large food waste generators like the aforementioned to recycle. Democrats rejected his goodwill attempt to be more environmentally and cost friendly.
