West Virginia PSC Issues Order Involving Logan County Public Service District

CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Feb. 13 -- The Public Service Commission of West Virginia issued the following order (Case No. 19-1034-PWD-PC): LOGAN COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT, Petition for consent and approval of an intergovernmental agreement between Logan County Public Service District and the Wyoming County Commission for the most economic and expeditious construction and implementation to the Upper Huff Creek waterline extension project, 2017 W-1690.
