ALBANY, New York, Feb. 12 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release on Feb. 11:
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo announced that The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey reached agreement on key terms with Delta Air Lines and JFK International Air Terminal, the operator of Terminal 4, to dramatically expand Terminal 4 and consolidate Delta operations there, a key step in the transformation of John F. Kennedy International Airport into a 21st century global gate . . .
