ATLANTA, Georgia, Feb. 12 -- Delta Airlines issued the following news on Feb. 11:
Delta, along with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and JFK International Air Terminal, the operator of JFK Terminal 4, will dramatically expand Terminal 4 at New York's John F.
