TRENTON, New Jersey, Feb. 11 -- The New Jersey Senate Republicans issued the following news on behalf of New Jersey State Sen. Steve Oroho:

Senator Steve Oroho's bill shielding homeowners in some common communities from unforeseen fees and assessments cleared the Senate.
