KANSAS CITY, Missouri, Feb. 5 -- The Democratic Party of Missouri issued the following statement:
After the Iowa Caucuses ran into difficulties reporting the results of their caucuses, the Missouri Democratic Party issued the following statement to clarify how delegates are allocated in the great State of Missouri:
"Missouri has used a Presidential Preference Primary since legislation was passed in 1998 to allocate its delegates to the Democratic National Conventio . . .
