TRENTON, New Jersey, Feb. 4 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:
Thousands of commuters travel through E-ZPass toll booths daily. Aiming to ensure residents are notified expeditiously of an overcharge on their account, Democratic Assembly members Roy Freiman and Daniel Benson sponsored legislation to immediately notify customers of a toll fee. The measure was approved Monday by the Assembly Transportation and Independent Authorities Committee.
