TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 28 -- New Jersey State Assembly Republicans issued the following news release on behalf of Assemblyman Parker Space:
All contractors who are required to pay their workers prevailing wage must register with the Department of Labor under a new law (A2478/S62) sponsored by Assemblyman Parker Space.
"It's important that the Department of Labor is aware of all contractors who are doing work in which public incentives are being used to fund it, . . .
