WASHINGTON, Jan. 28 -- Rep. Bruce Westerman, R-Arkansas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Rep. Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) announced that Neva "Skeet" Baker from Magnolia, Ark. would be his guest for the 2020 State of the Union Address. Westerman issued the following statement:
