TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Jan. 28 -- The Florida Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair Terrie Rizzo on Jan. 27:
The U.S. Supreme Court decided 5-4 to allow the Trump Administration to make it more difficult for immigrants to obtain legal status. The Trump's Administration's "public charge" rule penalizes immigrants who are determined likely to need public benefits.
