DES MOINES, Iowa, Jan. 28 -- The Iowa Department of Cultural Affairs issued the following news release:

Isabelle Gibbs of Algona High School and her teacher, Brian Connick, are one of only 16 student-teacher teams in the United States to be selected for the second annual Sacrifice for Freedom(R): World War II in the Pacific Student & Teacher Institute.
