TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 28 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following statement by Assemblywoman Valerie Vainieri Huttle, D-Bergen, on the implementation of the Human Trafficking Prevention, Protection and Treatment Act:
