TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 25 -- New Jersey State Assembly Republicans issued the following news release on behalf of Assemblymen Hal Wirths and Parker Space:
This week the governor signed a bill (A3745/S2469), sponsored by Assemblymen Hal Wirths and Parker Space, prohibiting a person debarred from contracting with the federal government from receiving a contract for public work in New Jersey.
