OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma, Jan. 25 -- The Oklahoma Democratic Party issued the following joint statement by House Minority Leader Emily Virgin, D-Norman, and House Democratic Caucus Chair Cyndi Munson, D-Oklahoma City, after Oklahoma Gov.
