Morgan Lewis represented Buckeye Partners in its $250 million acquisition of three marine terminals from Magellan Midstream Partners.
The three terminals are located in New Haven, Connecticut; Wilmington, Delaware; and Marrero, Louisiana. The transaction is expected to close by late first-quarter or early second-quarter 2020, subject to regulatory approvals.
