TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 22 -- The New Jersey Assembly Democrats issued the following news:

Aiming to limit the forfeiture of seized property in certain cases, an Assembly Democrat-sponsored bill revising when seized property can and cannot be forfeited if there are no related criminal charges or proven criminal culpability was signed into law Monday.
