INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Jan. 17 -- The Indiana Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chairman John Zody after Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb delivered his 4th State of the State address:
"Bottom line, pay raises for hardworking educators are more than a year away, if ever.
