WASHINGTON, Jan. 17 -- Rep. Andy Levin, D-Michigan, issued the following news release:
Congressman Andy Levin, vice chair of the House Committee on Education and Labor, voted for H.J.Res. 76, a resolution titled Blocking DeVos Rule That Denies Debt Relief to Students Defrauded by Predatory Colleges. The resolution blocks Education Secretary Betsy DeVos's rule that makes it much harder for students defrauded by predatory colleges to get the relief they desperately need.
