TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 16 -- New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal issued the following news release on Jan. 15:

Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal led a multi-state call for the Trump Administration to withdraw a proposed new rule that would deny student teaching and research assistants at private colleges the right to organize and bargain collectively.

At issue is a rule proposed by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) that would exclude student workers . . .
