U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan, the top Democrat on the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Subcommittee on Federal Spending Oversight and Emergency Management, voted to confirm Peter Gaynor as the next Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
