LINCOLN, Nebraska, Jan. 14 -- The Nebraska Democratic Party issued the following news release:
Marks the first day that Nebraska voters can request a Vote-by-Mail ballot for the 2020 election cycle, and the NDP would like to remind Independent voters that they now can ask for a Democratic ballot and participate in the May Primary Election.
This will be the first year where Independent votes will count towards the presidential nomination process in our state.
