LINCOLN, Nebraska, Jan. 14 -- Gov. Pete Ricketts, R-Nebraska, issued the following news release on Jan. 13:
Governor Pete Ricketts signed a proclamation declaring January 16, 2020, as "Religious Freedom Day" in Nebraska.
