TRENTON, New Jersey, Jan. 14 -- New Jersey State Assembly Republicans issued the following news release on behalf of Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips:

The Assembly and Senate passed a bill (A4535/S2958) permitting public-private partnerships for energy-related projects creating an opportunity for more savings and freeing up public funds say sponsors Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips and Assemblywoman BettyLou DeCroce. The bill now goes to the governor's desk.
