WASHINGTON, Jan. 11 -- Rep. Bill Pascrell Jr., D-New Jersey, issued the following statement on Jan. 9:

U.S. Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) voted in favor of H.Con.Res. 83, legislation that directs Donald Trump to adhere to the War Powers Resolution and "terminate the use of United States Armed Forces to engage in hostilities in or against Iran" without a congressional declaration of war or specific statutory authorization.
