AUSTIN, Texas, Jan. 10 -- The Texas Democratic Party issued the following statement:
The conservative 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed judicial precedence and ruled that Trump is allowed to divert $3.6 billion in crucial military funds to build a stupid wall, right as Trump escalates conflict with Iran.
This declaration would cost Texas military installations more than $38.5 million.
