WASHINGTON, Jan. 10 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement condemning the Trump administration's proposed rollback of key parts of the National Environmental Policy Act:
"While American families struggle under the weight of record flooding, wildfires and heat waves, the Trump Administration is not only ignoring their plight, but actively exacerbating it.
