WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- Rep. Ann Kuster, D-New Hampshire, issued the following statement regarding the Iranian attack on U.S. forces stationed in Iraq and the briefing administration officials provided to Congress:
"The events over the past 24 hours have been deeply troubling. I strongly condemn Iran's ballistic missile attack targeting U.S. forces in Iraq last night, and I am relieved that no American or allied forces were harmed. Now is the time to pause and take a step b . . .
