CONCORD, New Hampshire, Dec. 27 -- The New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission issued the following electric order (No. 26,321) involving Liberty Utilities, New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Eversource Energy and Unitil Energy Systems:

This order approves an increase to the Electric Assistance Program's income eligibility threshold from 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to 60 percent of the New Hampshire state median income.
