CARSON CITY, Nevada, Dec. 21 -- The Nevada Democratic Party issued the following statement by Chair William McCurdy II in response to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals decision on Texas vs. U.S.:
"Three years ago, Donald Trump campaigned in Nevada promising us better, more affordable health care.
"Instead, he's led a twisted fight to rip away coverage from nearly 300,000 Nevadans, spike costs, and deny protections to millions of Americans with preexisting . . .
