WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 -- Rep. Frank Pallone Jr., D-New Jersey, chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement on the Energy Department's announcement that it is finalizing a rollback of lightbulb efficiency standards:
"It saddens me to see that Dan Brouillette's first major action as Secretary is perpetrating President Trump's senseless, backwards efficiency policies.
