WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Sen. Robert Menendez, D-New Jersey, issued the following joint statement with Sen. Cory Booker, D-New Jersey, after Gov. Phil Murphy, D-New Jersey, signed legislation (A-4743 and S-3229) that expand access to driver's licenses to undocumented immigrants in New Jersey:
