WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Susan W. Brooks, R-Indiana, issued the following statement after voting against the articles of impeachment against President Trump:
"Today is a somber day for our country. For only the third time in our nation's history the House of Representatives voted to impeach a sitting President," said Rep. Brooks.
