WASHINGTON, Dec. 20 -- Sen. Debbie Stabenow, D-Michigan, ranking member of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on Health Care, issued the following statement after the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals released its ruling on the Affordable Care Act:
